have purchased a puppy, grown dog or bred to a particular stud dog agree that the puppy, grown dog or breeding is in no way being sold for the purpose of fighting or participation in any violation of State or Federal Laws.

The buyer agrees that he or she is not purchasing the puppy, grown dog or breeding the dogs for the purpose of fighting.  The buyer agrees that the dog will be properly cared for and that in the event the new owner cannot care for the dog or puppy he or she agrees to contact Mike Morgan for help finding a new responsible home for the grown dog or puppy. 

By signing this agreement, the purchaser certifies that he or she fully understands and agrees to Morgan Kennel's policies concerning prices, shipping, guarantee and health.  (Click Here for printable version)
