desire to purchase a puppy, grown dog or breed to a stud dog from American Freedom Kennels/Old Family Reds/Mike Morgan, and agree to the following:

The puppy, grown dog or breeding is in no way being sold for the purpose of fighting or participation in any violation of any Local, State or Federal Laws.

I am not purchasing the puppy, grown dog or breeding the dog(s) for the purpose of fighting or participation in any violation of any Local, State or Federal Laws.

The dog(s) will be properly cared for and in the event that I cannot care for the dog and/or puppy/puppies I agree to contact Mike Morgan for help finding a new, responsible home for the grown dog and/or puppy/puppies.

By signing this agreement, I further certify that I fully understand and agree to Mike Morgan/Old Family Reds/American Freedom Kennels [Policies] concerning prices, shipping, guarantee and health.
